At Johnny Dang & Co, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible non-custom jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces and grills are final sale due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and diamond grading reports, to ensure its protection during transit.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided shipping label and send the package via a secure, insured carrier, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
